Shipment Processing Times
In most cases, Shellbies Garden processes orders within two to three (2-3) business days of our receipt of the order. From time to time, a shipment may become delayed by a few days due to our shop receiving a high volume of orders at one time. Therefore, please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. In addition, if a significant delay is expected in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shellbies Garden International Shipping Policy
In addition to the standard cost, all buyers outside of the United States must pay a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) flat-rate handling fee for international first-class shipments. Delivery estimates will vary per location and carrier.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been sent out. It will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within twenty-four (24) hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Shellbies Garden is not responsible for any customs and taxes on your order. In addition, all fees imposed (tariffs, taxes) during or after the shipment process are the customer’s responsibility.
