Returns – Overview
Shellbies Garden accepts returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the returned item is damaged or it is not returned in its original condition. In addition, in this case, the buyer will not receive a refund.
We will email the buyer regarding the approval or denial of a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If we approve a refund, we will process it and apply a credit to the buyer’s original form of payment. This process will take a few days.
Shellbies Garden accepts cancellations. Please note that you must submit a cancellation request within one (1) hour of your purchase.
