Shellbies Garden returns – Overview
Shellbies Garden accepts returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In addition, return shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for any and all loss in value if the returned item is damaged or it is not returned in its original condition. If the item arrives to us damaged or not in is original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund.
If a return is requested, we will reach out to the buyer to acknowledge receipt of their request and to discuss the reasons for the requested return. We will also email the buyer regarding the approval or denial of a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If we approve a refund, we will process it and apply a credit to the buyer’s original form of payment. This process usually takes a few days.
We accept cancellations at Shellbies Garden. Important: Please note that you must submit a cancellation request within one (1) hour of your purchase.
